Katie has nearly 20 years of banking technology experience and over 10 years of information security auditing experience. Katie manages the firm’s vendor due diligence service. She also has an extensive knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) rules and regulations and is the ACH specialist on staff. She stays current on changing threats and government regulations to better assist clients in protection against cybersecurity threats. Prior to joining the firm, Katie worked for resource bank as the manager of electronic banking, information technology, and systems support. During that time, she provided support in a number of areas, including Internet banking, debit/ATM cards, ACH, IRAs, HSAs, product development, and project management.
