LeAnn serves as Chief Financial Officer of CRI Capin Crouse Advisors, LLC & Capin Crouse, LLC, where she leads financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management, tax filings, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance. She also oversees day-to-day accounting, expense management, and credit card administration—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
LeAnn combines financial discipline with relational insight, building trusted relationships across the organization while driving high performance and continuous improvement. Her commitment to structure, accountability, and adaptability enables her to lead with clarity, purpose, and a genuine connection to the people she serves.
