It was very interesting and important to me to hear the options and suggestions.
We are currently undergoing our 2021 budgeting season. Of course, 2020 has been an anomaly and who know how 2021 how will shape up. Thus it is important to take everything into consideration and plan ahead.
I liked the idea of having the extra two budgets with increased or decreased bottom line as well as the idea of having quarterly budget reviews and roll-forwarding it to the next quarter. Especially because the uncertainty COVID-19 has brought to the table.
I am glad I participated today so I can have the tools to continue with our budget season.
Thank you very much!
Virginia,
