All SAIG Software Users Must Upgrade by February 20, 2022 to Avoid Losing Access

In case you missed it, here is an important reminder for higher education institutions:

All institutions that use the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) software — EDconnect or TDClient — must upgrade to EDconnect 8.5 and 8.5.1 by February 20, 2022, to avoid losing access to SAIG.

According to the Federal Student Aid (FSA) office, older versions of EDconnect cannot be used to send and receive transmissions to SAIG after February 20. This software is available for download on the Software and Other Tools page of the FSA website.
