Background
Richard has managed audit, review, and compilation engagements for more than 20 years. He is a member of the firm’s Church and Denominational Team. Richard helped draft the CapinCrouse Church Financial Health Index™ and CapinCrouse Church Checkup™ and related reports. Richard also provides consulting services in a variety of areas, including local church consulting reviews, organizational governance, audit committee roles and responsibilities, and internal control. He organizes and oversees several annual events in the Indianapolis office, including the firm’s church and nonprofit seminars and hosting of church tax update events.

Speaking and Other Service
Richard serves as his church’s finance ministry leader and as the treasurer for his homeowner’s association. He also served on his church’s executive building committee and as treasurer and board member of an Indiana nonprofit ministry for several years.
