Webcast for Nonprofits: Exempt Organization Fiduciary Responsibilities

Join us for a look at the fiduciary obligations of officers and directors of nonprofit organizations. Learn from real-life examples as we discuss definitions and explanations of fiduciary responsibilities, including the duties of care, loyalty, and obedience, and how a director or officer can avoid personal liability. We will also address directors and officers insurance and various elements of the responsibilities for directors and officers.

• List the three primary areas of possible enforcement actions that can be taken against directors and officers
