- Fraud Risk Assessment – We will guide you through a comprehensive fraud risk assessment tool and interview various personnel in your organization to gain an understanding of your activities, duties, processes, and areas of increased fraud risk.
- Internal Control Analysis – We’ll assess your internal control documentation, policies, and procedures to help determine whether you have the appropriate checks and balances in place to reduce the likelihood of fraud.
- Detailed Tests – We will perform detailed tests for areas of significant fraud risk.

The Fraud Checkup was designed by a dedicated team of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs) who also supervise a team of accountants specifically trained to work with nonprofits. We also have experience with forensic engagements.
